It may sound strange, but anxiety is actually a normal and adaptive emotion. Even more odd, anxiety has likely motivated you and encouraged you to keep going when others would have stopped. However, youvmay feel like it has taken over your life. The positive news is that you CAN learn to manage anxiety so it no longer manages YOU.
